Last week I was honoured to present my work at the workshop: “Puzzles of Star Formation II”, which took place in the famous Ringberg castle in Germany.
It was a fantastic opportunity to explore synergies between my research focusing on the astrochemistry in the nearby Whirlpool Galaxy (M51) and the recent findings from and within molecular clouds in our own Milky Way.
Despite the rainy weather, the castle remains an amazing place to visit — full of mystical charm, inspiration, and opportunities to connect with colleagues.
